At HitHub, we offer store credit as a flexible way to resolve small refunds or unavailable items. Store credit can be used just like cash at checkout and never expires.

When Store Credit is Issued

  • Refunds of £5 or under are automatically issued as store credit.

  • If you purchase multiple items and one or more are out of stock, the value of the unavailable items will be refunded as store credit.

  • Store credit may also be issued in certain cases at our discretion (e.g., promotional goodwill or partial refunds).

Using Store Credit

  • Store credit can be applied directly at checkout to reduce your order total.

  • It can be used on any product available at HitHub.

  • Store credit never expires — you can use it at any time in the future.

General Terms

  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Store credit is linked to your HitHub customer account and will appear when you are logged in.

  • If your order total is less than your available credit, the balance will remain on your account for future use.
