Refund and Returns Policy
At HitHub, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Items must be in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and any included accessories.

For graded Pokémon cards, the PSA, BGS, Ace, or other grading case must be undamaged and untampered.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as Final Sale at checkout
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds over £5 will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds of £5 or under will be issued as store credit, which can be used towards future purchases at HitHub.

If you purchase multiple items and one or more are out of stock, the value of the unavailable items will be refunded as store credit.

Store credit never expires and can be used at any time on future orders.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
